Emergency teams rushed to Middle Moss Lane, Great Altcar, Liverpool, after reports of a vehicle submerged in water. A child is reportedly trapped inside the car.
Paramedics on scene confirmed the child’s presence but could not confirm if any adults remained in the vehicle, sources say.
