Police Condemn Serial Shoplifter
PC Jack Cassell blasted Thomas: “He’s a prolific offender, well known to store staff for repeated shoplifting. This time, he used a tool to remove security tags, hid bottles of spirits in his jacket, and walked out without paying.”
“I’m glad he’s been given a custodial sentence. This behaviour simply won’t be tolerated.”
