Daniel’s family have paid a heartbreaking tribute to their beloved son following his tragic death in Rochdale. They described Daniel as a “happy, kind and caring little boy” who was adored by everyone who knew him.

Daniel was a bright child with a passion for animals, especially his pony named Splash. He loved being with his whole family and will be deeply missed.”

The family also made a heartfelt plea for privacy during this difficult time, stating, “On behalf of our family, we ask people to respect our privacy.”

The police investigation into Daniel’s death is ongoing. A 48-year-old man has been arrested under the Dangerous Act 1991 and remains in custody for questioning.
