Shock attack outside Wick Farmfoods leaves employee needing hospital
A Farmfoods worker was punched in the face during a shocking assault outside the Wick Street store on Friday evening.
Violent attack caught off guard
The unprovoked punch landed between 6.45pm and 7pm while the employee was accepting a lorry delivery. The victim suffered facial injuries serious enough to require hospital treatment.
Police hunt attacker
Officers are investigating and urge anyone who witnessed the attack or has information to come forward. Witnesses can contact police online or call 101 quoting incident 1124 of 20/05.
