Daytime Brawl Leaves Man Injured on Parkside Avenue
At 12.10pm on October 28, emergency crews raced to Parkside Avenue after reports of a violent fight and an injured man. The victim fled the scene by car but was forced to stop on Lewisham High Road, where a passing paramedic flagged him down.
Victim Stable but Seriously Hurt
Thankfully, his injuries were not life-threatening or life-changing, though police say he was hospitalised “for some time.”
Police Hunt Man Seen Near Attack
Detective Constable Victor Iyalla pleaded for the public’s help: “We want to find this man seen heading towards Parkside Square.”
“The attack happened in broad daylight. Violence on our streets is unacceptable. If you saw this man or have info, please come forward.”
