Camden High Street Stabbing Sparks Major Police Lockdown
Chaos erupted late Friday evening as Camden High Street was sealed off following a stabbing. Police and paramedics swarmed the scene after reports of a man being attacked.
Victim Flees After Stabbing
Eyewitnesses revealed the victim, a man, was stabbed then fled up Camden High Street. Emergency crews rushed to treat him before rushing him to hospital. His current condition remains unknown.
Massive Road Closure and Bus Disruptions
Authorities set up a large cordon, closing part of the busy street. This forced diversions for bus routes 124, 273, 30, 116, 8, N5, 27, 28, and 31. Commuters are warned to expect delays and seek alternative travel options.
Police Investigation Underway – No Arrests Yet
“A crime scene remains in place as officers work to determine the circumstances surrounding the stabbing,” said a Metropolitan Police officer at the scene.
So far, no suspects have been arrested. The Met urges anyone with information to come forward or contact Crimestoppers anonymously.
