Police were called to a business on Corbets Tey Road, Upminster, at 12:30pm on Saturday, November 12, following a disturbing incident where a woman was threatened by an unknown man.

The victim, a woman in her fifties, was approached and threatened by the suspect, leaving her shaken and distressed. Fortunately, she was not physically harmed during the encounter.

Officers conducted an immediate search of the area but were unable to locate the suspect. In an effort to identify the man responsible, detectives have now released an E-FIT image.

PC Paul Goddard of East Area Command said, “Although the victim was not physically harmed in this incident, it was extremely distressing for her. This man’s behaviour is disturbing. I urge anyone who recognises the person in this E-FIT to contact police immediately.”
