Tragedy struck on the evening of Saturday, April 8th, when Mr Darcy, an 8-month-old beloved cat, was hit by a Hampshire police car on Wych Lane, Bridgemary, Gosport.
The two Hampshire police officers who arrived at the scene checked on Mr Darcy but sadly found him dead.
His owner, Hayleigh, is devastated and desperate to find out where her loyal pet was taken after the accident.
Attempts to get a statement or explanation from Hampshire Police have been met with silence. The force has refused to comment on the incident.
